Classes for Adults
Most of my adult life I have heard that Art is Therapy. I believe this has never been more true. Crafting is a part of my life If I could not craft I would be miserable. The good news is there is unlimited variety for all interest in the arts and crafts world. Creative Mindz taps into this variety and offers many options in the classes that we offer.
For our in person classes we partner with Amazing businesses where we lead our step by step classes for themed projects for groups. We hold classes in Libraries, Restaurants, Breweries, Wineries and other public places. All of these classes are available in our “Art to Go” Kit Format as well for DIY kits that can be done in your home.
Here are some of the classes that we are currently offering for Adults.
Socially Artful- These classes are Paintings on Canvas. Most of the projects are 16x20 Canvases. The Kits come with a partially Pre-traced canvas and step by step instructions for finishing these wonderful works of art.
Home Fab Home- These classes are Painting on Ceramic Bisque. There are 2 main options, Food Safe and Knick Knacks.
Food Safe Projects will be painted with an underglaze, glazed and fired in a kiln rendering them truly food, and dishwasher safe. These projects will be ready for delivery in a week to 10 days.Some examples of these classes are Cheers to You make your own barware (beer mugs, wine glasses, margarita glasses etc) Dinnerware (Plates, Mugs, Platters, Bowls etc)
Knick Knacks- Will be painted with acrylic paint and sealed with a waterproof sealer when dry. These projects will be ready for use when dry and go home at the conclusion of in person classes. Some examples of these classes include Planters, Garden Accessories, Figurines, Candle holders etc.
